For those interested, I can save you some counting: 18 of 100 not tried.

Of those:

1 does not make sense (Kaolin)
2 are questionable (frogs' legs and horse)
2 are fish, which I generally don't eat
2 are coffee or tea, which I generally don't drink
6 are alcoholic (and as I don't drink, I'm less likely to have tried)

And the rest are on my list of things I just have not gotten to yet.

Basically -- I like to eat. Weird things, and not so weird.
