Hmmm. offthehookb made me self-conscious of my music -- or that I don't listen anymore. Frankly, it is kind of still fun to load up a nice playlist. But I fear it may reveal a bit too much of my mood.
In general, LiveJournal has raised some interesting considerations of its impact. Odd "friendships" develop, which are odd to realize in meatspace. Being completely up-to-date with the moods and setbacks of people. Etc. I'll muse about it another time. It is a beautiful day.
What mood is indicated by the following collection of albums?
Orbital - Middle of Nowhere
The Pixies - Surfer Rosa
PJ Harvey - Rid of Me
Primus - Tales from the Punchbowl
BT - ESCM
You pimped me, I'm flattered. Seeing people's music selections is my favourite part of reading livejournals (next to looking at icons, and then actually reading what people have to say). Now let me attempt this:
Orbital - Middle of Nowhere confusion
The Pixies - Surfer Rosa confidence, ready to take the world on attitude
PJ Harvey - Rid of Me pleasant, happy
Primus - Tales from the Punchbowl disgruntled
BT - ESCM sadness
Yep, they were all complete guesses. Or did you mean they all indicate the same mood? If so I'm way off.

Interesting translations of the individuals, but I was looking for a holistic solution. I just sat down at the computer and composed that playlist from an extensive collection of options. What does the whole reflect on the mood I was in/building?
Hmmm. BT doesn't seem sad, nor does Orbital seem confusing. I guess it helps to note my love of electronica is based on my pattern based
nature. PJ Harvey is pleasant, happy?
Hum. I guess she is a bit dark. I'll take a stab at it again. Holistically speaking (oh dictionary.com works wonders) from looking at this setlist, I'd say you're pretty much fed up with whatever it was you'd gone through during the day, but it's left you with a boost of energy and positivity.

Fair enough. Of course, my day has been sitting outside watching a robotics competition, then getting a nice Burmese lunch, and then, JP Licks equivallent ice cream cones in hand, sitting on my porch with ommkarja
drinking beer and watching the traffic. Pretty hard to be fed up with a beautiful day like today, though its a bit too bright and sunny out.
bahaha! Alright then, I was dead wrong. At least you're listening to music. Cheers.

Do you still live with Zia?
Where's that guy been lately?

Yes. Well, until the end of June. Then he's off to GATech and Arizona. He's generally about.

Will he be attending GaTech? Sounds like a potential roadtrip to me.
