Also, one bit I did get from the whole blood giving thing was that I guess I am alright, blood pressure wise. Just looked it up. I was measured about 15 minutes after doing sprinting exercises, which followed after heavy lifting for 30 minutes and an hour of pilates directly before. The measurement was something like 122/76, which I guess puts me just about crossing optimal. Spiffy.
