Pictures, layout and text of my trip with baddfaerie to Costa Rica. It isn't quite done yet, check back in a few days if you like. But I think I like the means of story telling. JAlbum rocks.

I think that is all I should say right now. Because: Fall League is a mess, corvisdog and I are running away to West Virginia tomorrow. lunabellaluna is flying home tomorrow; the Honduras experiment was a failure. vermonster (my sister) made it back to Vermont; the Ecuador experiment was a success, she is now unemployed. Another CMU fall semester starts on Monday and bucy leaves Pittsburgh, but not before he could observe that "even the first year graduate students look young now".

I am at peace. Are you?

Watch my flickr stream (dmvflickr). I have a plan to upload many many random pictures. They are at least as personal, insightful and scattershot as my general blog entries, and you read that already.

Where in West Virginia? Because we (robots_suck, tepui, and I) were thinking of doing some hiking today. But you've probably already run away...

Damn, I figured you went on Saturday. Corvis and I went to Coopers Rock, WV -- a nice state forest which ended up being less than 100 mi from here (about 15 miles from Morgantown).

I don't know why I didn't get this LJ message.

We are going camping at Coopers Rock in two weeks. You (and Corvis) should come along.

We ended up just going to Ohiopyle, but since I'd never actually been there before, it turned out great.

Corvis and I would love to come. Maybe I'll coax the returned lunabellaluna as well.

What kind of gear do I need?
