I'll throw apart

So, the 4th of July. Not particularly significant, except that it is a day off and an excuse to gather friends. What does this mean? Naturally, it means a party.

My place, however, is poorly arranged to do so -- it is in transition.

So I decided to throw a party at Bucy's apartment. As the invitation started: "John Bucy is having a party tomorrow.
... He sort of knows about it.
". In the email that also included him.

His apartment has always struck me as an ideal party location -- and it did not disappoint. He also later acknowledged that it was a good idea, and he liked my methodology ("Hey John, we should have a party at your place tomorrow. I've already invited some people...") because it avoided the committee and deliberations implicit in how we operate.
