Measuring 201 of the last 239 nights, the general trend is slightly down.  Average sleep is 6 hours, 22 minutes, with a standard deviation of 1 hour, 28 minutes.  Minimum non-zero sleep is 1 hour, 27 minutes, and maximum was 10 hours, 14 minutes.

Interesting ... I have been having some messed up sleeping patterns lately so I may have to invest in a gowear fit. The calorie counter may help me too, getting older and all.

It is nice to have an automatically monitoring device, although the calorie functions are a lot better if you wear the display... but also lets you slip into a too-analytic attitude ("I burned an extra 300 calories, so I can eat that chocolate bar" or "I can't possibly eat dinner, I haven't burned enough"). I cannot say whether this is better than any informal version one might do independently.

I use a program called Food And Exercise Diary (WeightlossSoftware.Com). It has a medical diary, food diary, and moods and feelings diary. So I can see relations between my foods, medication and moods. So the FED lets me figure out what is causing problems, and what works.
