12:16 am - Fixin the holes where the rain gets in...
...stops my mind from wondering, where it will go? The Illuminated Collar for corvisdog Project is basically complete. At the moment, it is composed of a blue collar with blue LEDs. He looks pretty neat in it. I may add some more at some point. Thanks pericles42. Interestingly enough, the hardest part was drilling holes in the nylon. They make the collars from nylon because they are tear-resistant... which means even when drilling removes a bunch of content, there still may not be a hole when done.

You probably would have been much happier using a soldering iron to melt holes in it, or using the hole-punch.

Solder iron might have worked, but the hole-punch would have been way too big. I wanted holes for the leads of the leds to go through (not the leds). Drilling ended up being fine, I just had to get a bigger bit than I expected, to get the desired size hole (or, weakened nylon area).
